Board of Directors

Leonard Tan is the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Advanced Engineering Group (International) Pte Ltd [UEN: 201214106N] and Millenia Machines and Services Pte Ltd [UEN: 201729617H].  Concurrently, he is also the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AEG (Vanuatu) Pte Ltd [UEN: 202318265H] – a Consortium of Partners Company established to focus on business development in the Republic of Vanuatu.

Prior to these, he was a senior officer with the Ministry of Defence and held several key appointments during his 20-year tenure with the organization.  Leonard Tan holds a Degree in Civil Engineering (Honours) with the University of Singapore and a Master in Business Administration with the University of Western Australia.  In addition, he also holds Graduate Diplomas in Defence Technology & Systems as well as Human Resource.

He is instrumental in the strategic planning, business development and profitability of these companies in a complex and challenging business landscape.

Constantine Chin Kim Loong is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of AEG (Vanuatu) Pte Ltd [UEN: 202318265H] – a Consortium of Partners Company established to focus on business development in the Republic of Vanuatu.  His ability to develop coherent and workable strategy, as well as to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency in its execution is testament to his success in the Shipping Industry.

Constantine has 33 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development and finance in managing and owning bulk vessels.   He is an expert in hands-on sales and marketing as well as negotiations with Multi-National Corporations (MNC), Shippers, Receivers, Ship-owners and Operators.  He is adept in business management at all levels, and management of business partners worldwide.  He is experienced in developing and maintaining relationships at the highest level.  He is a creative and innovative dealmaker with extensive knowledge in shipping markets, ship operations, ship husbanding, ship owning, ship financing, ship insurances and shipping law.   Further, he is experienced in trading vessel’s class from Handy to Panamax sizes. 

Constantine has proven to be a team leader with good people management skills, comfortable working either independently or as part of a team. He is equipped with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders, and importantly, able to perform well under pressure.

Anthony Bong is the Commercial Director of AEG (Vanuatu) Pte Ltd [UEN: 202318265H] – a Consortium of Partners Company established to focus on business development in the Republic of Vanuatu. He plays a vital role in shaping the company’s overall business strategies.

With more than 28 years of experiences in the fields of engineering and construction, he brings his extensive knowledge in design of innovative solutions for cleanroom facilities, data centres, advanced air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) and Electrical Systems. Combining deep technical expertise with strategic vision, he has consistently led projects that redefine industry standards and drive operational excellence.

In a career spanning nearly three decades, he has emerged as a beacon of expertise, shaping the course of engineering and construction through cleanroom design, data centre construction, and Mechanical & Electrical systems. With an unwavering dedication to innovation, quality, and client satisfaction, his legacy continues to illuminate the path towards a future defined by exceptional engineering achievements.
